If you are sensitive to caffeine but also exhausted – Head Start is the tea for you. Naturally high in both caffeine and L-theanine, it can support you when you most need it. It has more caffeine than a black tea, but less than a coffee. And the theanine gives the caffeine a slow release effect, for a long, gentle boost.
