The Health Box was founded by nutrition professional Lola Fisher and her husband Adrian with a clear objective: to build a trusted platform that makes quality health and wellness products more accessible.

With over a decade of experience in nutritional science and health retail, Lola identified a growing gap between product quality and affordability. The Health Box was created to address that need through professional curation and responsible pricing.

Adrian brings a background in the UK military and more than 15 years of corporate experience in high-pressure environments, where he recognised the importance of practical, meaningful wellbeing support — both for individuals and within organisations.

Today, The Health Box serves households and corporate partners across the UK through a professionally managed online platform.

Lola graduates from Middlesex University with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy

2012

Lola graduated from Middlesex University with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, formally establishing her professional foundation in nutritional science.

She went on to work with leading supplement companies, educating practitioners and the public on evidence-based approaches to nutrition and supplementation, particularly in the context of chronic health conditions.

Alongside this, Lola ran her own clinical practice and lectured at the College of Nautropathic Medicine in London

2018

As her family life evolved, Lola made the decision to transition from a travel-intensive corporate role to a more community-focused model of practice.

In 2018, she and her husband Adrian opened their first independent health store in the Cotswolds, creating a dedicated space for trusted, carefully selected wellness products and personalised guidance.

The store quickly became a valued part of the local community. The store’s official opening marked an important milestone in their journey from practitioner-led service to retail platform.

2024

In 2020, The Health Box outgrew its original store and moved to a larger premises, expanding its product range and community offering.

As the economic climate shifted in the years that followed, Lola and Adrian recognised that access to high-quality health products was becoming increasingly challenging for many households. Rather than lower standards, they developed a more sustainable and scalable solution.

The Health Box online platform and membership model were created to operate efficiently while maintaining professional curation and responsible pricing. This evolution also led to the introduction of a corporate membership programme, enabling organisations to provide employees with meaningful, practical wellbeing support through preferential pricing of trusted health and sustainable products.

The public is welcome to shop our full product range online at standard retail pricing. Preferential pricing is available exclusively to employees of our registered corporate partners through our structured membership programme.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from the date of order dispatch. You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Standard delivery: £7.95

  • Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery

  • Orders exceeding 10kg incur an additional £13.10 postage charge

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We are unable to offer courier delivery for chilled or frozen products. These items are available via Click & Collect only from our retail store in Lechlade.

Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection from:

We only accept refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Missing from your order

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence where applicable.

Refunds will automatically be processed if an item is unavailable or arrives at our warehouse damaged.

We are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or general dissatisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and process a resolution.

Delivery-related issues must be raised directly with the courier service once the order has been dispatched.
