Delivery & Click and Collect Policy

We aim to provide a seamless delivery and collection experience for our customers. Please review the details below:

Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery will usually take 2-4 business days from the date of your order.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a claim. You will need to provide proof of damage to process the refund.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for chilled and frozen products, however we do offer them through click and collect.
  • Any issues or concerns with the delivery must be addressed directly with our courier service. We cannot handle delivery-related issues beyond the order dispatch.
  • The standard delivery charge is £7.95 for all orders.
  • Orders exceeding 10kg will be subject to an additional postage charge of £13.10 irrespective of order value.
  • Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

Click and Collect Policy

  • All click & collect orders must be collected from our shop: The Health Box, Market Square, Lechlade, GL7 3AA.
  • Click and collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days.
  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s time to collect.
  • Click and collect is available for chilled and frozen products.
