Delivery and Click & Collect Policy

We aim to provide a seamless delivery and collection experience for our customers. Please review the details below:

Standard delivery will usually take 2-4 business days from the date of your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a claim. You will need to provide proof of damage to process the refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for chilled and frozen products, however we do offer them through click and collect.
Any issues or concerns with the delivery must be addressed directly with our courier service. We cannot handle delivery-related issues beyond the order dispatch.
The standard delivery charge is £7.95 for all orders.
Orders exceeding 10kg will be subject to an additional postage charge of £13.10 irrespective of order value.
Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

All click & collect orders must be collected from our shop: The Health Box, Market Square, Lechlade, GL7 3AA.
Click and collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s time to collect.
Click and collect is available for chilled and frozen products.
