The public is welcome to shop our full product range online at standard retail pricing. Preferential pricing is available exclusively to employees of our registered corporate partners through our structured membership programme.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from the date of order dispatch. You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Standard delivery: £7.95

  • Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery

  • Orders exceeding 10kg incur an additional £13.10 postage charge

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We are unable to offer courier delivery for chilled or frozen products. These items are available via Click & Collect only from our retail store in Lechlade.

Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection from:

We only accept refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Missing from your order

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence where applicable.

Refunds will automatically be processed if an item is unavailable or arrives at our warehouse damaged.

We are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or general dissatisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and process a resolution.

Delivery-related issues must be raised directly with the courier service once the order has been dispatched.
