Tremains is an organic cheddar-style hard cheese that is named after the Farm where we make our cheeses. It is made from local, pasteurised organic cow’s milk and is aged in our Maturing Room for over 6 months. The cheese has a classic firm texture and a delicious well-rounded bite of flavour that one expects with a medium to strong traditional cheddar.
