Ashdown Foresters Oak Smoked is a mild open textured organic cow’s milk cheese that has been lightly smoked over oak shavings at the Dairy. It has an attractive shape, an edible golden brown basket weave texture rind and a rich, well balanced flavour profile as a result of the two month old air maturing process and traditional smoking. Pairs well with apple sauce, onion chutney and cured hams.
