It’s fermented in the Polish countryside, along the peaceful Vistula river, where brining and wild fermentation have been passed down for generations. Our fermentary was built to scale that tradition – swapping jars for barrels – while keeping the same slow, living process. Each barrel is checked by hand.

We finish with a gentle pasteurisation to ensure shelf stability while preserving the product’s natural character. The result? A lemonade that’s not just better-for-you – it’s a real, functional soft drink that’s actually delicious.
