Azouro Portuguese Galega Olives – tree-ripened whole olives with oregano.
Known as the olive of Portugal, this native variety, from the Beira Baixa region, is harvested when just ripe and preserved naturally in brine before adding oregano. Firm, smooth and sweet.
Ideal table olive as it’s easy to separate the pulp from the stone.
