This cremant is produced by the fantastic Oe winemakers, Mickael and Stephane. The two brothers have been farming their 13-hectare vineyard since 1995, protecting the magnificent hoopoe birds that nest within their dry-stone walls.
Enjoy this bottle chilled as an aperitif. It also pairs well with cheese puffs, mushroom tarts and red-fruit desserts.
