This HotTea Mama hot chocolate is a unique blend of 42% Ghanaian cacao, ashwagandha root and warming spices. Designed to help ease stress and anxiety, it’s the perfect part of a relaxing bed time routine. Ashwagandha is an incredible herb, linked to supporting sleep and having adaptogenic properties – it’s a key part of ayurvedic thinking.

HotTea Mama do not use additional flavourings or extracts, and focus on whole, ground spices and cacao, to give you the biggest, natural benefits.

Cacao – full of sumptuous chocolate flavour, with a subtle fruity notes. It gives a slow release of energy and is brimming with antioxidants.

Ashwagandha – known for its adaptogenic properties, is the perfect support for physical and mental wellbeing.

Coconut sugar – adds a rich caramel flavour to the blend, healthier than classic refined cane sugar.

As we use whole herbs powdered, this hot chocolate may have a slight grainy texture if made in high strength.
