How to use
You can simply dissolve one Instant Lion’s Mane sachet in a cup of hot water. It makes anything from 1 dl (½ cup) to 1 liter (4 cups) of tasty drink, depending on the strength you are looking for. The effect stays the same when the powder is blended into a smoothie, mixed with food or even sprinkled straight into the mouth. Whichever way you make it, the more of the powder you get into your system the stronger the benefits.
