The raw chocolate emperor is a combination of toffee-themed sweet, soft mulberry berries and dark, rich Peruvian organic raw chocolate. Mulberries are already as sweet as nature’s own candies, but when combined with raw chocolate, they still take on a whole new dimension! Enjoy raw dessert emulsifiers as is, or add them to your pastries. The raw chocolate emperor is also perfect as a snack – grab a bag when you go hiking in the woods or towards a long working day.

Foodin’s raw chocolates are the result of long-term passion and responsible development. Our founder Lasse Jalkanen is known for his great love for raw chocolate, which is why chocolates are a particularly important product group at our Foodin. The raw material for chocolate is cocoa beans of the original Criollo variety, cultivated by hundreds of families for life’s work in the Peruvian Amazon in the heart of the rainforest. Our sweet snacks gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar with a low glycemic index, which has been titled the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Bacillus coagulans probiotics have been added to all our chocolate products.
