Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract is a sunflower oil based extract with a glorious lemon citrus aroma and flavour. Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract has been created particularly for use in home baking but complements everything from desserts through to chicken especially together with herbs like rosemary and thyme.

Recipe ideas – also great in stir fries.

Ingredients: organic sunflower oil and organic lemon oil (15-20%)
