Instructions for bath use: Add between 250g-1000g of Magnesium flakes to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes, 1-2 times per week, depending on recovery needs.

Instructions for footbath: Use Add 100g-250g to a footbath or bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.

Precautions: Before using For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken skin. Keep away from children.

Storage: Keep bag sealed and stored in a cool dry place.
