Delivery & Click and Collect Policy

We aim to provide a seamless delivery and collection experience for our customers. Please review the details below:

Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery will take 2-4 business days from the date of your order.
• If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a claim. You will need to provide proof of damage to process the refund.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for chilled and frozen products, however we do offer them through click and collect.
• Any issues or concerns with the delivery must be addressed directly with our courier service. We cannot handle delivery-related issues beyond the order dispatch.
• The standard delivery charge is £7.95 for all orders.
• Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

Click and Collect Policy

• Click and collect orders can be picked up the next day between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as long as the order was placed before 9:30 AM on the day of order.
•  Orders placed after 9:30 AM will be available for collection 2 days after ordering, collection will be available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• We do offer click and collect for chilled and frozen products.
