The only unsweetened, unsalted and whole-grain Spelt Flakes on the market. With ours, one grain of natural spelt = one simply steamed, rolled and lightly toasted flake. Thanks to an intolerance of fertilisers, spelt still can’t be farmed intensively like common wheat. It’s easier to digest (even if your iffy about wheat), it’s higher in protein, and it has more fibre. Long live spelt!
